1. 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have exactly 14 days from the date you receive your package to request a return. Any requests made after this 14-day period will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To ensure a successful return, your item must be sent back in its original condition. Please note the following strict requirements:

• Security Tag: The original security tag or label must be fully intact and attached to the handbag. Removing, cutting, or altering the security tag will completely void the return policy.
• Item Condition: The handbag must be in pristine, unused condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, perfume scents, or modifications.
• Packaging: All original packaging, including dust bags, authenticity cards, and boxes, must be returned together with the item.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

• Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a verified quality defect or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover all return shipping costs.
• Buyer’s Responsibility: For returns based on personal preferences (such as change of mind, size preference, or color variance under different lighting), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.

4. Refund Process

Once your return package is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
